Maybe I’m Just A Terminally Delusional Woman But I’m Really Optimistic About America’s Future

I can’t believe the debate was only two weeks ago, and I can barely believe what’s happened since. It’s hard to wrap my mind around what took place in West Palm Beach, and what happened on that stage, in front of those hacks. And it’s easy for those of us that love this country to feel demoralized. It’s easy for us to look at what we’re up against, and how far their power reaches, and feel completely hopeless. It’s easy to feel like nothing you do could ever matter.

I understand it, and sometimes I feel it too. I won’t deny the reality of the situation we’re in. But in the pit of my heart and the marrow of my bones, I’m more convinced than I’ve been in the last four years that America can prevail.

Hear me out.

Marxists have been in control of American education from kindergarten to college, and have successfully indoctrinated entire generations. They’ve had a monopoly on the news that they’ve used to redefine “truth” as we know it. They’ve used pop culture and entertainment to hypnotize the masses and promote their ideology both overtly and covertly. They control most of the Internet and the way we’re able to share and access information. For decades, everything we’ve come in contact with, from the water we drink to the foods we consume to the clothes that we wear have been loaded with poison, dumbing us down, subduing us, and pacifying us to our own destruction.

And despite it all, the American people cling to freedom.

We’re the weakest and most gullible we’ve ever been as a population, and the radical Left has more influence and resources than they ever have. But even after investing trillions of dollars and decades of effort into stripping our country of prosperity, pride, and innovation, they still haven’t been able to fully conquer us or metaphorically castrate us. The American spirit is very much alive, even if it’s on life support.

An ABC whistleblower that worked at the network for over ten years is alleging that the company colluded with the Harris campaign ahead of the debate, agreeing to stipulations that very clearly favored Kamala Harris over Donald Trump – and he did so under penalty of perjury. They set up a crooked debate, pre-planned their live “fact checking” with the intent of helping the Regime’s chosen successor, and the popular consensus is that they succeeded. Kamala “won.” But even after their manufactured victory, Kamala’s numbers barely moved. Even after the lengths they’d gone to to sabotage him, Trump actually gained ground with the voting blocs that will decide the election.

And a second shooter missed Donald Trump. I didn’t think the first shooter was a lone wolf, and I don’t think this one was either. I don’t think it was a coincidence that the first Trump rally CNN decided to stream this election cycle was the one in Butler, Pennsylvania, where the first assassination attempt took place. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that someone shoots at a former President and makes it onto the highway and out of the county unscathed before being pulled over. And I certainly don’t think it’s a coincidence that a senior that lives off of McDonald’s, Diet Coke and ketchup-drenched well-done steaks survived both attempts.

Considering the last debate ousted the sitting “President” from his own ticket, their rigged debate could have and should have been more consequential, favoring Harris. And two major security breaches in one summer should’ve put Trump in an early grave. But they didn’t.

And maybe I just have a delusional girl brain and I’m desperate to make lemonade out of lemons, but I think it means something.

I think it’s incredible that Trump is alive, and I think it’s incredible that as conditioned and coerced as the American people have been, we’re still putting up a fight.

I think any other country would have given up and given in by now. I think that any other candidate would’ve been dead by now. But I think God has a plan for this country and God has a plan for Trump.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not the kind of person that thinks Trump is a deity or a king, and I don’t follow him blindly. I hate that he blamed pro-life activists for underwhelming midterm results in 2022. I hate how he treated DeSantis before he even announced his run for president. I hate that he didn’t use his presidential pardon power for January 6th protesters.

He’s a human being like the rest of us, with a long list of faults and weaknesses.

But I’m not exaggerating or being dramatic when I say he’s a one-of-a-kind man defending a one-of-a-kind country in a way that only he could.

He wasn’t my first, second or third choice in 2016, in a crowded and talented field of Republican candidates. I interned for Ted Cruz, and I found myself frustrated with voters that agreed with him on policy, but told me they were voting for Trump based on what I dismissed as superficialities and trivialities. They’d say, “I like the way he talks,” and “I like that he’s not a politician,” and every single rebuttal I offered fell on deaf ears. But when I look back now, I’m so glad that things happened exactly the way they did, because I genuinely don’t think there’s another Republican that could have accomplished what Trump did – or who has the unique personality, gifts and life experience to lead this country and those that love her at this pivotal point in our history.

And I think there’s something about him specifically that inspires everyday people with a miniscule fraction of his wealth, power and audacity to keep hope alive against all odds.

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous about November. Following Musk’s surrender to Brazil’s installed socialist government, I’m even more on edge.

But no matter what happens, I believe in America, I believe in my President, and above all I believe in a sovereign and almighty God that reserves His most miraculous acts for seemingly hopeless situations.
