4 Looks for Any Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is just days away, and if you’re like me, you’re already thinking about what you’re going to post on Instagram. Thanksgiving OOTDs can be tricky because every family has a different unofficial dress code for this holiday, and especially challenging if you’re spending the holiday with a family other than your own and trying to make a good impression (girlfriends at their first holiday event with their boyfriend’s family we see you and we believe in you). But never fear because we’ve designed OOTDs for every dress code from sweats to soiree and we’ve got you covered.

1. Sweats Chic

2. Classy Casual

3. On Trend & Tasteful

4. Family Formal

  • I work hard because I have a dream of stacking hundreds on each blade of a ceiling fan above my bed (that will be mostly ornamental because I’ll have central air) and making it rain
  • Eyes on the prize
  • let the light in
  • It would be nice if 60° in nova/dc actually meant one thing instead of anywhere from 40° to 80° so I could pack these boots away until the fall once and for all
  • Yesterday while watching the updates roll in on Notre Dame, I couldn’t help but feel discouraged as I read tweet after tweet from people wanting to believe and see the worst in the world. It had to be arson. It had to be terrorism. It had to represent the end of civilization as we know it. But then I remembered that the internet isn’t real life, and even if human nature leaves all of us exposed to and malleable by hate and fear, most people are good. And I don’t know if the glory of a masterpiece that was constructed over the course of 2 centuries can ever be repeated, but I know that beautiful things are born from tragedy. Something iconic and special has been lost, but I like to believe something iconic and special will come of it. I usually only feel this when I watch les mis, but vive la France. New blog post, link in bio.
